For whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return item within 30 days of receipt date subject to conditions below.
If item is defective on arrival
- You have to contact us as soon as possible – Tell us what happen, before send back the item.
- Send back the item via priority / express mail with tracking information.
- Full refund is to be given after receipt the item back within a reasonable time.
- At your option, replace or exchange the item is possible or upon your requests.
If you change mind, wrong order, or do not like it
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt date.
- Returned (or exchanged) must be unused and in their original box with all accessories included.
- Send back the item via priority / express mail with tracking information.
- 30% minimum restocking fee + original shipping cost is to be deducted from the refund.
- If I need to pay tariff for receiving your product, I deduct the money from refund.
If delivery company lost your watch
- You can choose full refund or discount 5 % of total price. However, the investigation take a lot of time that delivery company was loss or not loss. The investigation take on 1 – 2 months. We can not execute until receiving a result from delivery company.
